We will explore how to balance, unravel & release back muscles effectively. You will learn the basics of structural alignment and be able to apply this on the yoga mat as well as every day life. For those who experience back pain* and even pain that extends into the lower limbs, negative emotions can sometimes arise, robbing us of our energy and vitality, worsening the situation. The good news is that this can be relieved with yogic tools and awareness. This deep awareness creates balance so we can shift our mental and physical state. This workshop will provide you with effective tools to release the back and find freedom in your body again.
