Running form is an increasingly popular topic in the world of endurance sports. For years, running was thought to be an innate talent that only a few possessed. More recently, athletes are discovering that running is a skill that can be learned through repeated practice and perseverance. To help provide clarity into the complex world of running form, ITL is hosting the first in a recurring series of run form clinics. The best practices in running form will give each athlete the opportunity train free from injury while improving efficiency in form.

The series will uncover common misconceptions in running form, differentiate between techniques and introduce drills aimed at learning the skill of running. The recurring nature of the series is aimed to invest in the development of the skills needed to run injury free. Perfect practice makes perfect.
