Exploring the Benefits of Gratitude
6-week Personal Development Series


The number of books, articles and scientific studies that extoll the benefits of gratitude keeps rising. In this series, we will review some of that information so you can test for yourself how gratitude works, thus creating our own Gratitude Lab. You will be able to take on specific practices and share your experiences in our weekly sessions to determine what works for you. We will use the power of the group, as well as individual support partners, to help you along in this exploration and experimentation. The intention is to have at least one gratitude practice by the end of the series that you can continue in your life.

Some of the topics (and benefits of gratitude) we’ll explore are: Physical Well-Being, Emotional Benefits, Brain-Heart Coherence, Better Relationships, Resilience, etc.

Additional support and integration will be available through Soulful Reveille on 3/18 and Soulful Breathwork on 4/9, after the 3rd and the 6th meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: To support your success, we ask you to ATTEND ALL SIX SESSIONS; there are NO DROP-INS for this series.
