Handstand Foundations says
The handstand is the pillar for all acrobatic/aerial training. Good alignment and strength in handstand directly translates to alignment and strength in the air and in partner work. And it's also a lot of fun!

In this workshop, we will learn ways to get into and out of handstand, and how to work toward balancing in handstand. Skills will focus on core strength, body alignment, shoulder strength and flexibility through inversion. We will learn how to spot and assist each other through various exercises. No prior experience required.
