Heart Of Love Chakradance™ Class

This Valentine’s Day, soften your heart and dance. When our hearts are truly open, we experience an uplifting joy and a real sense of beauty and freedom. In this class, we activate our inner healing through free-form dance, music pulsing to the energy of the heart, guided imagery, and a mandala art activity. Beginners and regular Chakradance™ participants of every age, size, and ability are welcome. Cost is $20 if you sign up in advance or $25 on 2/14.
