Heritage Sandy Springs says
Next Sunday, January 17, Heritage Winter Classics will feature The Athens Tango Project. When a group of UGA's international graduate students pooled their talents and cultures together to form a band, The Athens Tango Project was born, taking listeners on a delightfully different trip to another part of the world. The band's current members include an upright bass player from Argentina, a pianist from Brazil, a vocalist from Nicaragua, and a violinist from Poland. Their music is inspired and authentic as they share a passion for music that is rooted in other cultures, a great fit for the increasingly diverse community of Sandy Springs.

Doors open at 4:00 p.m. with the concert held in Heritage Hall from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. Admission is $5 for members and $10 for non-members. Tickets include complimentary beverages.
