1- Quick Dash Across The Street
2- Plyo Push Ups
3- Strict Pull Ups
4- Goblet Squats
5- Golden Ring Dips
6- Knees To Elbows
7- Jumps-A Tucking
8- Bells-A-Swinging
9- Balls-A-Walking
10- Sumo-Deadlift High Pull
11- Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
12- Walking Lunges
The workout is done just like “The Twelve Days of Christmas” is sang, so athletes start with one quick dash then two plyo push ups and a quick dash then 3 strict pull ups 2 plyo push up and a quick dash etc.
