Class meets Tuesday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m.

This class is designed for people that are new to Pilates or are too afraid to jump into a class for fear of injuring themselves. This class is a 6 week series that begins by learning the Basic Principles of Pilates and progresses each week based on class skill and comfort level. The focus will be on understanding your posture, learning how your body moves, and strengthening your core (diaphragm, abdominals, low back muscles, and pelvic floor) for improved dynamic function.

Join us to learn how Pilates can help you safely recover from an injury or childbirth.

$ 120 for series. Maximum of 8 participants.
