Join our energetic and flexible yoga teacher, Jackie Kaminer, to explore the art and experience of Ashtanga yoga. This is a 2-hour workshop focused on learning and incorporating the benefits of Ashtanga into a yoga practice. Informed and prepared, you will encounter a full practice of this expansive form of yoga.

Jackie will guide you through the practice while focusing on breath and alignment. Starting with the opening chant, it will progress through Sun Salutations, energizing standing postures, grounding seated postures, closing postures, savasana and end with a unified chant.
