In this introductory class, for beginners and non-beginners alike, we will discover ourselves freshly. In paying respect to our inner being, we will learn connect to ourselves, others and all of life more deeply. Support for developing a regular practice is available.

Attendance at the first class is required

Time: 6-7:30pm

Suggested donation:
$45 for 3 sessions or $18 for one.
