Yoga is becoming an important part of many athletes' training. Join All Life is Yoga for a 4-day yoga camp catering to the needs of young athletes, boys and girls ages 10-16. Yoga increases flexibility throughout the body. We will focus on the major areas that soccer players experience tension - the legs, hips and lower back.

- Reduce injury, improve recovery time and bolster endurance
- Strengthen the core
- Align and strengthen the knee join
- Help reduce stress and anxiety and improve focus.
