Perfect for beginners and aspiring practitioners of all levels, this series will teach you how to practice meditation and pranayama (yogic breathwork). Meditation is yoga for the mind; pranayam (yogic breath) is yoga for the heart. During the series, we will learn how to master different pranayams (breaths) ranging from Ujaayi to Khapalabati (Breath of Fire) and beyond.

We will discuss and experience breaths to calm the mind, invigorate or calm the body and cleanse toxins from the body and mind. Learn how to practice these breaths both on their own or while doing yoga postures to bring you to a state of joy and peace.
