Let's Celebrate, Dance, And Be Young!!

So, it's official... I push everyone, year round to step outside their comfort zone. Everyone knows there is just one thing I am so ridiculously bad at, but secretly wish I could do well--- and that's dance!!! Well, my friend Salsa Arte is hosting a dance party for me, for my birthday and to jump start another year of successful events for The Fitness Remedy!! Jose will feature some special types of dances like Salsa, Buchata, and the Brazilian dance Zouk! There will be a very diverse playlist of music and lots room to bust a move. lol NO PRESSURE if you don't want to dance--- just come and be a part of this special night with me!!! This is going to be the ultimate dance party!! :) So raise a glass with me to getting younger and wiser, to stepping outside of my comfort zone, and to being free and dancing!!!
