** This Thursday May 21 - LGBTQ Sangha Gathering 7:00 - 9:30 pm

** Come sit with us and join in our open table discussion group

This Thursday is our Monthly gathering at Shambhala Mediation Center of Atlanta in Diamond Temple. I hope you can join us. You don't need to be a Buddhist or a meditation expert. Just bring yourself. We will meditate together for 20 minutes beginning at about 7:05 pm. Afterwards we will open up the floor for a discussion on just about any topic. We post topical stories in our Facebook** group and we may revisit some of those stories or you may have something on your mind that you would like to talk about.

A Sangha is a word from Buddhist practice that refers to the community, one of the 3 Jewels of support in which Buddhists 'take refuge." We are a a Sangha in that we are a group providing support for others on a similar path. You don't have to be a Buddhist to belong to our community So, come join us. Let's sit together as a community. Prior meditation experience is desirable but not necessary.

**Email me directly if you would like to be added to our Facebook group: .
