This class is based on the principles of alignment and Purna Yoga. Precision and understanding of the body will be discussed.

About Your Teacher, Sonali Sadequee CHHC, RYT:

Sonali Sadequee is the founder of Sustainable Wellness -a lifestyle transformation consulting practice in Atlanta that specializes in supporting people dealing with trauma, aspiring vegans, and the LGBTIQ community. As a lifestyle transformation coach, Sonali coaches clients and students to heal and transform themselves in a safe, inspiring, and educational relationship context. She is masterful in educating her clients on healing foods, trauma-sensitive alignment-based spirit-infused yoga, meditation, and relationship and communication coaching.

She is a certified alignment-based Hatha yoga teacher who supports people surviving various forms of trauma and chronic lifestyle challenges. Currently, she is on the 500 hr. teacher certification track with the College of Purna Yoga. Her roots are in Hatha yoga, Purna Yoga, Social Justice,Trauma-sensitive-yoga, nutrition, Imago communication, tantra energy, and her own journey in exploring the mystery of Life. Movement, spirituality, and deep self-exploration have always been sources of transformation and healing for Sonali. She has been immersed in teaching the healing arts for over ten years.
