May 3rd Drinking Liberally Atlanta says
It's the 100th day of the #Resistance with more reasons than ever to protest and as of today there are lanes open on the I-85 access road and Piedmont Rd. so there's more ways to reach us in May; bring your ideas/suggestions/questions for action, we'll have some postcards available if folks wish to share their feelings with Washington. Our first Wednesday of May meeting is next week (sorry for the late notice) and we owe headcount to Hudson Grille this afternoon so we're going with our usual 10-15 expected but - if you aren't usually able to join us and find yourself available next week please let us know you're coming so we have enough staff to wait on everyone. As usual, drop-ins without RSVP are always welcome!

When: 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month, May 3rd & 17th starting at 7:30 pm. (No meeting on May 31st, the 5th Wednesday, so a 3 week break until June meetings.)
NOTE: The staff advises that overflow parking is available at the adjoining strip mall, the SunTrust bank across from the Dunkin' Donuts, and at the MARTA station. Pay attention to any signs posted for no parking or customers only areas.

Drinking Liberally Atlanta (DL Atl) is the local chapter of a national organization, Living Liberally, which explores and promotes all things liberal. We are a 501c3 non-profit, not affiliated with any political or religious organization, although we do cross-promote with other groups that have like-minded members. The purpose and objective of the DL Atl chapter is to provide a safe, comfortable environment for liberals to express themselves and relax around other liberals without fear of being confronted by conservatives, it is to be a respite from the 24x7 conservative agenda we all live with daily in Georgia. Hate speech or attempts to start arguments will not be tolerated, anyone exhibiting this anti-social behavior will be asked to leave.

For more information about our local or national organization please see our website, or contact us directly by email at, via Twitter @ATLDL, or from on our Facebook page at
