"After analyzing the soils and the climate, which has warm days and cool nights, we found what grapes were suited to the area: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Merlot, Malbec, and Bobal. Thanks to the poor sandy and stony soils, we get concentrated berries with good fruit, minerality, and good acidity because of the altitude. We started this vineyard in 2000 and are making organic wines. Next year we will be certified organic. Our wines are a labor of love and are meant to express this unique high altitude terroir. - Rosalia
