"Making Space” A Mindfulness Series for the Holidays Continues for the next few weeks of December!

Sunday Evening Mindful Yoga & Meditation with Anna Conversano
Every Sunday from December 4th – December 18th
6-7pm, $15 drop in or series rates apply
All Levels Welcome!

December 4th: Guided Metta Meditation (Loving Kindness Meditation) with a gentle heart-centered yoga practice
December 11th: Guided Tonglen Meditation (Compassion) with gentle opening and expansive yoga practice
December 18th: Not Doing: Body Scan & Listening with gentle body-mind relationship strengthening yoga practice

This series is about making space in your body and in your mind. It is important to stay grounded and present throughout the holiday season so that you are able to fully enjoy all that this time of year brings! Our one hour practice will be 45 minutes of yoga to open up the body, followed by 15 minutes of guided mindfulness meditation based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction technique. Each week will vary as we explore the map of our interconnected mind-body through the power of presence.
