Time Out says

As some of you know HB 194 Slash Early Voting dramatically. We are deeply troubled that Georgia lawmakers are attempting to further limit everyday Georgians access to the ballot box. The 50th anniversary of Bloody Sunday is a reminder of how hard people fought for the right to vote in the south. We simply will not allow lawmakers to turn the clock back on voter rights! Join us on Monday March 9th, the day after the 50th anniversary of Bloody Sunday to declare that Selma is now! Our day of action will be led by women on March 9th. 11am: Teach in at Central Presbyterian Church, 201 Washington st SW, Atlanta 30303 12pm: Lunch at Central Presbyterian 1pm: We lobby our lawmakers at the Capitol 3pm: Action inside the capitol at the Rotunda on the 2nd floor SPONSORED BY: Georgia WAND Coalition for the People's Agenda League of Women Voters of Georgia SCLC W.O.M.E.N.
