Move Hunger & Homelessness Week

Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week is coming up soon, March 1-7. It is open to all and we would for you to join us in spreading awareness and giving a helping hand in our community! This year’s activities include volunteer projects, guest speakers, and documentary showings. On Monday, we will be having the Shantytown in collaboration with RHA in the ULC quad. Tuesday we will be a partnering with CCF for Cafe Unplugged. On Wednesday, we will have the opportunity to volunteer at the Central Overnight Shelter, as well as the Hunger Banquet with UNICEF. Thursday night will be the showing of a documentary about homeless in IC 117. On Saturday, volunteers will help at Truly Living Well.
