Nurturing Heart: Diving Deep With Restorative And Yin (Level 2/3) says
In this workshop we will keep it low to the ground but high in intention- taking the opportunity to honor our hearts deepest truth with care and gentility. Time spent in postures with alternating support and easeful sensation will allow you the opportunity to focus on recharging and revealing your heart center while exploring how to nourish this primary organ to enhance your overall vitality. Offer yourself an opportunity to step back and settle in. We will work primarily with the complimentary heart and lung energetic channels in the body incorporating restorative postures, yin postures, gentle transitions, guided visualization and deep, luxurious rest.

Jennifer Campbell-Overbeeke, E-RYT:
A dancer, swimmer and general explorer since I could walk I found my way on to the mat for the first time in college circa 2004. After years of dealing with a aggressive case of Crohn’s disease my once strong body felt broken. In yoga I found both the space to work through my edges when I felt well and to sit with the breath when I didn’t. Transcending a physical act, yoga became the fabric of my healing process and then so much more. A full time teacher and student of lineage based Hatha yoga I teach yoga inspired both by the classical texts and a devotion to personal exploration on the mat. I have a deep love for restorative & yin yogas as well. I challenge students to explore physical and mental edges with perseverance, faith and a heaping side of joy! In addition to my time teaching yoga I serve as a holistic health coach- working with people towards a complete approach to nutrition and well-being that suits the needs of the individual. There is a potency to what I offer because I practice diligently to embody it. Lets explore the shadow and light together!

“The prudent (or spiritual-minded) person attains success through faith; none other can succeed. It should be practiced with care and perseverance.” Siva Samhita 3.16

KEEP THE FAITH YA’LL! See you on your magic carpets!
