Need to know what to eat in order to stay healthy and help you throughout training? Wondering how to lose weight or how to stay fueled for long runs while training for your next race?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then join Carolina Joy Margarella, marathoner, triathlete and certified Holistic Health Coach of The Joy Life, as she answers these and any other nutrition, wellness and fitness questions you might have! She will lead a short run and stretch (optional) at 6:30pm and follow at 7pm with a nutrition guideline workshop and wellness review for athletes.

Cheryl Fine of Big Peach Running Co. - Midtown will discuss all things footwear; notably how footwear is THE most important piece of equipment for runners and walkers! Cheryl will explain how the store’s fit process focuses on determining which shoe is BEST for YOU! In other words, there are many good shoes out there, but that doesn’t mean that all of them are good for YOU!

Amanda Brathwaite, of Amanda Grace Inc. is a Board and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist (BCTMB) and Certified Medical Massage Practitioner (MMP), whose clientele consists of individuals from all walks of life including NFL, NBA and WNBA players to boxers, celebrities and Olympians. Amanda will discuss the importance of massage therapy to athletes of all levels pre/post race and during training.
