Open Your Heart Nichol Chase Weekend Intensive says
Join Nichol Chase for a weekend intensive in June, and open your heart by tapping into your life force (prana) through breath, movement, chanting/ singing, and backbends!

Nichol has trained with Darren Rhodes, Christina Sell, and Noah Mazé, and has extensive experience with Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Bikram yoga.

Our ultimate destination this weekend is backbends, but that doesn’t mean we will do backbends the whole time – quite the contrary. The pathway toward deeper and more enjoyable backbends is impacted by the effectiveness of your breath and movement; it is impacted by how open your hips are; it is impacted by how open your shoulders are. This is why we will focus on all of these things to unlock your backbend potential.

Expect to have fun and expect to learn a ton. And don’t be shocked if you surprise yourself with what you can do!

Sunday, June 11th | 2-5pm
Shoulder Openers & Backbends – work up to Eka Pada Urdhva Dhanurasana & Eka Pada Viparita Dandasana.
