Ou Theatre Presents Fefu And Her Friends
Advertising
Time Out says
Oglethorpe University Theatre presents FEFU AND HER FRIENDS, a play written by Maria Irene Fornés in 1977 about a gathering of eight New England friends in 1935 to prepare an informational proposal for education reform. Throughout the play, Fornés questions how women carry and express themselves when men aren't present, while experimenting with the notion of the fourth wall–– the play's second part is acted in four different areas around the theatre. Come out to the Conant Performing Arts Center on February 26th, 27th, and/or 28th at 8PM nightly to puzzle the women's lives together and ask questions about the feminist movement of today! Tickets are $10 general admission or FREE with your Petrel Pass!
