We don't care what the groundhog says, we choose to believe spring is just around the corner.
That's why we've decided to have a little party on the patio in anticipation of warmer weather. Oh, and because oysters. Oysters, too.
Executive Chef Brent Banda and his culinary team will present a delicious spread of seafood, including:
* Oyster sliders with pickled carrots and kimchi mayo
* Crab Sandwiches on brioche with herb creme fraiche
* Fregola with poached squid, Calabrian chilies, basil pesto, and preserved lemon
* Arancini with caciocavallo cheese and amatriciana sauce
* Farro verde with local greens, pickled baby turnips, radishes, and housemade buttermilk dressing
We'll also have three chef-attended stations over-flowing with fresh oysters--three different varieties, in fact. Plus, each will be paired with a specific wine, beer, or spirit to make the flavors brighter than sunshine in April.
