During this program, we will establish key concepts in examining structural racism, race, and racial justice. Through interactive presentations and facilitated dialogues, we will establish vocabulary and a structural framework for thinking and talking about race within a designated safe space. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in conversations and reflection on personal and professional experiences around race. We will explore opportunities for undoing structural racism within our day-to-day professional and personal lives.
