Active Sol Yoga says
Learn to unwind your body, deepen your practice, and truly relax! Restorative yoga is a practice that reduces stress and improves overall health. All poses are done in a passive manner with the support of blankets, blocks, straps, and other props. You will have an opportunity to linger quietly in these soothing and well-supported poses. With the use of numerous props, each pose will be tailored to your unique body.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome even if you are not a yoga teacher or have never practiced yoga before.

Workshop Topics:
◦How to use props: what props to use and when to use them
◦Balanced sequences of supported poses
◦How to incorporate restorative poses into a regular hatha yoga class
◦How to instruct and adjust others in restorative poses
◦Supported poses for enhancing breathing and pranayama practice

Cost: $80
