Saturday Yoga & Music Spectacular

This class is special - come join me at The Light Center for our last chance to do a yoga class at this space for awhile. Please also bring your musical voices and instruments - and lets do some rhythmic healing. Donations excepted if you want - but I am not charging for this - we will do some yoga and breathing techniques in the beginning to start and end the session. Hope to see you all here! :)
