Learn Yamuna Body Rolling routines to work the whole spine from your sacrum to your skull. This practice will help stiffness and weakness, and improve circulation and range of motion in your lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine. You’ll create space in your vertebrae, lengthen your muscles and remove restrictions caused by injuries and poor posture. Yamuna Body Rolling can be done by anyone, and is the perfect preparation for yoga students, athletes, dancers or anyone interested in becoming more skillful in keeping their body in proper alignment. No experience necessary.

Class size is limited to 8 students. Balls are provided.

Cost is $35 per student for a two-hour workshop.

Private sessions are available.

$30 with registration by October 31
$30 with unlimited yoga pass
