Smart Cart Workshop says
Meet up with the Electric Girls at Dekalb Farmers Market for an active tour of our best local market. We will discuss awesome money saving tips, how to manage your shopping cart so ya don't go broke!, talk about various "electric" foods, how to fill your fridge with the best choices, etc.

What does “electric food” even mean? No, we do not eat lightning bolts or play with circuit breakers, but we do recognize that our bodies are electric. We choose foods that correlate to that energetic frequency. These foods are referred to as “electric” foods.

All of these foods are vegan, meaning that they are in no way derived from or include animals. Within the scope of vegan foods, “electric” foods are also alkaline, meaning that the reaction that they cause in the body is the opposite of acidic. Electric foods help heal and prevent dis-ease.

This class costs $15 but we bet we can save you that $15 by the time we leave the store. You will receive a printout with shopping & cooking tips and some delicious recipes.

RSVP by sending $15 using the link above. This class has limited space.

Bring a jacket. .. it's cold as Antarctica in there.
