Please join the Rothschild Social Justice Institute - All Groups Forum for a special screening of the Netflix original film 13th, the 2016 documentary exploring the intersection of race, justice, and mass incarceration in the United States. Named for the Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, the amendment freed slaves and prohibited slavery but contains a clause that allows for enslavement as a punishment for those convicted of a crime.

Following the screening, we will convene a discussion facilitated by our RSJI Racial Justice Group and take next steps together.
