This 10-hour weekend workshop is a powerful, life-changing introduction to the mind-body training of Sridaiva, in which students learn the fundamentals of the Bowspring ideal template of dynamic posture.

Friday, Oct. 2: 6 - 8 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 3: 11 - 1 p.m. & 2 - 4 p.m.
Sunday, Oct. 4: 11 - 1 p.m. & 2 - 4 p.m.

$250/full workshop (10 hours) register by September 14, 2015 and save $25

Individual sessions may be purchased for $60/session. Teachers are eligible for a 15% discount by contacting the studio directly
