Sunday Assembly Atlanta says
Come join us in celebrating this Thanksgiving season with a theme on Gratitude! We'll be exploring various aspects of gratitude. Our featured speaker is Richard Haynes, renowned speaker and writer, former evangelist minister now secularly ordained, and President of Atheist Nexus International. Haynes will share how grateful we should be for living in a secular nation and will provide us with unique insight to navigating religious and political conversations with friends and family (especially over the holidays!). As always, we will have a member share how they are trying their best, we'll have music, poetry, and a potluck after!

We will be meeting at the First Existentialist Congregation in Candler Park. Our venue is wheelchair accessible. The assembly starts at 6 pm and lasts 60-90 minutes. It is followed by a potluck. Please bring food to share!

The Sunday Assembly is a life-celebrating congregation without deity, dogma, or doctrine. Our motto: Live Better, Help Often, Wonder More. Our mission: to help everyone find and fulfill their full potential. We are here for everyone who wants to:

Live Better. We aim to provide inspiring, thought-provoking and practical ideas that help people to live the lives they want to lead and be the people they want to be.

Help Often. Assemblies are communities of action building lives of purpose, encouraging us all to help anyone who needs it to support each other.

Wonder More. Hearing talks, singing as one, listening to readings and even playing games helps us to connect with each other and the awesome world we live in.
