In partnership with our friends at Ebb & Flow studio, join FORM {yoga} select Sundays on the lake at Stone Mountain for a summer Stand Up Paddle board (SUP) yoga series. Take your move and groove outside and join us for one class or for the the whole series.

These 90 minute classes are geared to all levels of yogis and first-time paddleboarders as well as veterans. Instructors will begin with dry land training before we push off to work skills on the water. We will spend about 15 minutes honing your paddling skills on the water as we make our way to our class location.

In the shadow of Georgia’s largest outcropping of granite, we will drop anchor and begin movement and flow on the boards. We will cover the entire board, working the body, and teaching our mind to let go and go with the flow.

We cap off our SUP yoga class with a cool cloth soaked in essential oils while you practice savasana, rocked by gentle wind and lulled by the water. Heaven.

This practice highlights body imbalances that we create on the mat on Earth. On the water, we see our inequities. The instability makes for an amazing core strengthening practice and a humbling experience for all skill levels.
