Terminate Tumors: The Trivia Event

Like playing trivia? How about raising money for a good cause? Or really just hanging out with friends? Fabulous. Our charity trivia game is perfect for you. On Sunday, February 8th at 5 p.m. in the upstairs area at JCT Kitchen, we will be hosting a charity trivia game, with proceeds going to the Cupid’s Undie Run, an event directly benefiting the Children’s Tumor Foundation. Every year, we form a team called The Red Jaguars and raise funds through the Cupid’s Undie Run in the name of our friend Drew. Drew lives with Neurofibromatosis, and has directly benefited from the great work of The Children’s Tumor Foundation, so we do everything we can to help the cause. This trivia tournament is another way for us to help such an amazing cause. For $20 per person, you can join us for a few hours of trivia, laughter, fun, and prizes. Bring a team with you (minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 players), or join one once you arrive. There will be light food for purchase plus a full bar for ordering drinks. The afternoon is all about having fun and helping an amazing cause. Plus there will be prizes, and who doesn’t love a good prize? HOW TO PAY There are two ways to pay. If you want to guarantee yourself a spot, the best way to pay will be to pre-pay by donating your $20 admission fee to the Cupid's Undie Run team page http://my.cupids.org/teampage.asp?fundid=1773. This will guarantee you a spot to play on the day of the trivia game. If you know someone hosting the event, feel free to donate under their name, but if not, choose a person that you like and give them the donation. All of the money goes straight to the Undie Run, and this will also provide you with your tax deductible receipt. When paying, please comment "trivia" in the comments section so we know you're playing, and if paying for more than one person, put the total number of people in the comment as well. We will have a list of names to check you in, so there should be no confusion. You will also get an email confirmation from the trivia event itself with your playing confirmation. If you don't want to pay ahead of time, cash, check or cards will be accepted at the event.
