The Peace Core Yoga Boot Camp is far from your typical boot camp. Yes, you’ll work hard, sweat, and get your workout done by the time most people take their first sip of coffee. More importantly, however, you will feel the vitality and clarity that come from a workout that creates strength from the inside out.
This 4-week yoga intensive provides a dynamic, balanced approach to toning muscles, increasing stamina and flexibility, all while cultivating a sense of inner strength and well-being. Combining powerful methods of pranayama (breath techniques), asana (postures) and mindful movement, the program strengthens body and mind.
Whether you’re a novice, an expert, or someone in between, The Peace Core offers a safe and challenging experience with modifications and variations of postures and movements for every level of practitioner.
