Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed and tired? Do you feel that your health, thoughts, emotions and lack of energy prevent you from fully achieving your goals? The Transition into Wellness workshop touches on all the key elements of healthy eating & movement (body), pranayama & meditation (mind) and igniting your energy and passion for life (spirit). Each session will introduce a lifestyle tool to get you back on track for optimal health in your mind, body and spirit.
January 17th: Set goals • Intro to healthy eating • 30 min Gentle yoga practice • Pranayama • Guided meditation
January 31st: Set goals • Manifestation exercise • 30 min Energizing flow • Pranayama • Guided meditation
February 14th: Accomplishments • Intro to Reiki • Restorative yoga with aromatherapy • Pranayama • Guided meditation
Entire 3-week series investment is $70, drop-ins available for $25. Sessions are held on Saturdays (dates above) from 2:00-3:30pm.
