Valentine's Day is fast upon us. We have quite a menu planned. Please see below.

In addition, we have three different Chocolate Stouts made with three different varietals of cocoa nibs. We teamed up with Cacao Atlanta Chocolate Company, Atlanta's premier chocolatier. They imported three different cocoa nibs from three different origins each with a distinctive terroir. We made a keg of Chocolate Stout featuring each of the three different cocoa nibs. Here are descriptions of each varietal.

Tanzania:
From the Kokoa Kamili farm in Tanzania. Profile has high fruit notes, like strawberry and banana, a bit of acidity.

Chulu:
From the Chulucanas region of Peru. Very dark fruit notes; plum, raisin, also very acidic and fatty.

Patanemo:
From Venezuela. Very unique flavor; earthy, like grass or hay, some fruit notes in there too.

Try all three with a flight!

The menu is going to be spectacular too.


Little Plates:
Pan Fried Registered GA Rocky Mountain Oysters French bread crostini, smoked tomato aioli, baby arugula, caramelized onions $11

1/2 Dozen Cold Water Oysters blood orange gelee, fried serrano chili, micros $12

Pair of Aussie Lamb Chops smoked roma tomato, avocado crema, edible blossom $13

Grass Fed Bone Marrow cilantro chimichurri, chipotle fleur de sel, garlic toast points $10

3 Animal Skins organic pork, chicken & duck chicharones $6


Main Plates:
Venus Marinated Airline Chicken Breast bacon braised kale, chipotle carrot puree, rutabaga chips, citrus emulsion $22

Sous Vide Aussie Elk Tenderloin brussel sprout stir fry, red peppers, white onions, ginger, watermelon radish, shitake mushrooms, anise/beet gastrique $38

Grilled Registered GA Ossabaw Pork Loin red wine smashed potato, rosemary roasted turnips, tempura scallions, stout mustard glaze $26

100 Day Dry Aged Grass Fed Aussie Ribeye roasted fingerling potato, wilted spinach, local mushroom puff pasrty, horseradish cream sauce $36

Lemon Sole en Papillote cherry tomato, meyer lemon, capers, kalamata olives, onions, toasted focaccia, basil pesto $25


Dessert:
Avacado Creme Brulee macerated strawberries, cocoa nibs $6
