Lose weight and build strength, stamina and flexibility using Kali Natha Yoga with Agni Ma in this high-intensity series. This class will meet three times each week, using yoga postures and breathwork in a physically challenging approach that will get you in shape fast! Progressive whole-body sequences will urge you along, keeping you challenged. Concentration, balance and mental focus are sharpened as the exercises grow in complexity.

For women and men, all levels.

Six week workshop
$150 with registration by Sept 2
$150 if you have done one Boot Camp before
$135 if you have done two or more Boot Camps before
$40 with unlimited yoga pass
$35 for returning students with unlimited yoga pass
