Join Marty Yura and Caroline Dunham for a transformative week of Yoga at the beautiful AKhi Retreat Ctr, nestled into the stunning west coast of Costa Rica.
Discover the magic of Nosara, with it’s pristine beaches and magical rainforests, located in one of the 5 “Blue Zones” of our planet where the environment is the purest.
During our week, we’ll explore the power of the “Vayus”, winds of the body, through the practice of asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation.
Morning classes will give you an energetic start and prepare you for afternoons spent exploring the beauty of Costa Rica. Walk through the tropical gardens, hike in the rainforest, stroll on the beach, take a stand up paddleboard tour, learn to surf or simply lounge by the pool listening to the monkeys.
Every day will end with a practice to help you relax, unwind, restore and listen to your body. Throughout the week, we will focus on bringing more self-compassion into our lives, learning to access our own resources and wisdom, allowing us to live a more complete, empowered and creative life.
