Bull & Bear, Waldorf Astoria’s skyhigh steakhouse to welcome the sensational chef Dave Pynt who is tasked to whip up a special menu to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Waldorf Astoria Bangkok on the night of 29 and 30 August.

Singapore-based chef Dave Pynt is no stranger to Asian dining scene and culinary awards. His famed restaurant Burnt Ends is one of the most difficult restaurants to get a reservation in the island state, due to the current title of a one Michelin-starred restaurant and the 10th best restaurant in Asia’s 50 best list. He has recently taken his culinary talent to the paradisical island of Maldives where he opened his latest venture The Ledge by Dave Pynt at Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi.

For the exclusive two-day dinner at Bull & Bear, you will be savoring a multi-course dinner taken from The Ledge featuring the likes of dry-aged Blackmore OP rib; fish and chips and steak frites; grissini and ikura; and Jamaican chicken. Wine-pairing is included.
