If you want to end 2023 with a gourmet bang, then book the New Year’s Eve Set Menu (B9,600++ per person). This six-course dinner will whet your appetite with premium starters such as caviar, fresh seafood, and foie gras. Continue to satisfy your taste buds with your choice of lobster or Japanese A5 Wagyu, then cleanse your palate with a citrusy lemon tart. To heat up your Christmas night outs, head on over to Penthouse Cocktail Bar on the 35th floor or the Penthouse Rooftop Bar on the 36th. For a minimum spend of B1,000++ per person, you’re guaranteed a table and a wide selection of à la carte drinks and snacks.
Both venues are also hosting countdown parties for the books.
