For many that have failed to get a reservation at the hyped burger joint Homeburg manned by acclaimed self-trained cook Taiki Rattanapong Tsubota, you can now rejoice. The popular Thonglor nightlife hotspot 72 Courtyard has made your life easier by bringing the burger specialist to the city center under the name Bun Meat & Cheese.

As the name suggests, the key secret of Taiki’s burger is perfecting the burger’s bun, meat and cheese. Expect high attention to details that Taiki puts into all three components. For example, the bun boasts of different textures in one bite from being toasted and steamed, resulting in crispy and tender texutre. The patty is also cooked in cast iron instead of griddle as it can better retain the heat and produces perfect mahogany-colored crust.

Bun Meat & Cheese will be open on 15 March at 72 Courtyard and will be serving only 100 burgers a day from 17:00 onward (start from B320). Make sure you come early to be one of the lucky one hundred.
