• A countdown party, where you can watch New Year fireworks and ring in 2024. Set on December 31 (open from 21:00) with a required minimum spend of B2,000++ per person. 

The Brasserie

• A festive lunch that invites you to leisurely take your fill from a lavish buffet with a festive twist. Enjoy dishes like caviar, fresh seafood, charcuterie and cheeses, roast turkey, Suea Rong Hai Wagyu Rump MBS 8/9, and many more. Available on December 23 (12:00-15:00) at the price of B3,500++ per person (for food only), B5,400++ per person (including free-flow house wine), and B2,500++ per child ages 6 to 12.

• A Semi-Buffet Christmas Eve dinner, featuring a wide array of premium dishes like caviar, seafood, and foie gras, as well as different mains to choose from, including Mediterranean pan-fried John Dory or pan-seared smoked duck breast. Available on December 24 (18:00-22:00) at the price of B4,000++ per person (for food only), B5,900++ per person (including free-flow house wine), and B2,500++ per child ages 6 to 12.

• A Semi-Buffet New Year’s Eve dinner, featuring a wide array of premium dishes like caviar, seafood, foie gras, and luscious meats and fish from the carving and live stations such as roast grouper and roast honey ham. Main dishes to choose from include Mediterranean pan-fried turbot, pan-seared Hokkaido scallop, and half-grilled Maine lobster. Available on December 31 (18:00 to 22:00) at the price of B4,000++ per person (for food only), B5,900++ per person (including free-flow house wine), and B2,500++ per child ages 6 to 12.

• A New Year’s brunch, featuring a huge selection of local and international dishes, such as grilled river prawns with spicy Thai-style sauce, Peking duck, and suckling pig, as well as main courses to choose from like roast rack of lamb, pan-seared smoked duck breast, and grilled Wagyu tenderloin. Available on January 1 (12:00-15:00) at the price of B4,000++ per person (for food only), B5,900++ per person (including free-flow house wine), and B2,500++ per child ages 6 to 12.

Bull & Bear

• A Christmas Eve multi-course dinner, featuring a five-course sunset dinner from 17:30 to 20:00 that’s priced at B5,500++ per person and a seven-course celebratory dinner that’s priced at B7,500++ per person, both available on December 24. 

• A New Year’s Eve multi-course dinner, featuring a five-course sunset dinner from 17:30 to 20:00 that’s priced at B5,500++ per person and a seven-course celebratory dinner that’s priced at B7,500++ per person, both available on December 31.

Both dinner deals will include Bull & Bear’s smoked and grilled premium signatures such as Wagyu beef and quail.

The Loft

• A countdown party with lots of booze and loads of fun. Bar manager Michele Montauti and his team of talented mixologists will be concocting special drinks the whole night while a DJ will be playing a live set ’til midnight and beyond. Reservations with a required minimum spend of B5,000++ per person are required. 

• Special festive cocktails, such as Rosso Natale Neve or Old Spice, will be available from December 16 to 30 at the price of B480++ per glass. 

Front Room 

• A special festive à la carte menu, consisting of spicy fruit salad with sliced duck breast, southern Thai curry with clam and betel leaves, roast chicken with Chanthaburi peppercorn, steamed wild red grouper, and pumpkin custard and ice cream. The new dishes are available on December 1 to 31 with the price  from THB 380++
