One of the best parts about living in Boston, is that we have an international airport just 10 minutes from downtown. Logan International Airport services over 135 destinations in 36 countries through over 1000 flights per day. And if you have flown anywhere recently, you surely have noticed that the crowds are back. Logan is busier than ever post-pandemic. However, one thing that can make a hectic travel day just a little more bearable is lounge access. And if you have Delta Sky Club access, you need to check out the new and improved lounge near gate A18.

If you are a frequent Delta flyer, you know that in Terminal A there is a lounge to the left when you exit security and another in the “satellite terminal”, i.e. the gates accessed by the long underground tunnel near the Starbucks.

The lounge in the satellite terminal near gate A18 has recently been completely renovated and it is a great place to spend some time before your flight. The newly renovated Club is double the size of the previous space, with roughly 19,000 square feet and a capacity for over 400 guests. The seating area is divided by a glazed atrium, giving the Club an even more spacious feel.

Delta lounges have always been known for their food and there is no exception here. The Club features one standard buffet, one premium bar and three beverage stations. And at all times of the day guests can enjoy hot and cold food items, including some local specialties like clam chowder! And this is available year-round.

The Club has been modernized with design touches to create an elevated look and feel throughout, including art by local artists throughout the space. And there is a ton of natural light thanks to the expanded views of the airfield via the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Throughout the club there are so many different types of seating options, so whether you need to get some work down, take a call, eat a meal or just sit back and relax, there will be a space for you. The team also put an emphasis on adding high end details throughout the space like premium materials and light fixtures.

How do I access Delta Sky Club?

Access to the Delta Sky Club is offered to passengers who are either Delta Sky Club members, flying in Delta One, have Sky Team Diamond, Platinum, or Gold preferred status (when flying internationally) or through a few credit card programs.
