Meat (ahem) Time Out Market Boston’s latest eatery addition: Kured! The celebrated spot, which has captivated the city with its selection of locally sourced charcuterie, will be opening a new outpost at our Fenway establishment next week.

Once a delivery-only startup that served The Cape and Greater Boston, Kured set up shop in Beacon Hill this past summer. Given the roaring success of its first brick-and-mortar location, we’re psyched to welcome founder Gilli Rozynek and her savory snack bar to Time Out Market starting on Monday, September 27.

Just like the charcuterie spots you’ll find while strolling the streets of Spain, Kured serves these adorable cones that are crammed with cured meats, cheeses and artisanal accompaniments. Stop by its forthcoming kitchen at 401 Park Drive, and you can personalize your own handheld smorgasbord, picking from a selection of goodies like spicy chorizo and truffle salami, ooey gooey brie and sharp aged manchego, and imported Castelvetrano olives and cute little cornichons.

A solo serving may only suffice for your snacking needs alone—so luckily, this place will also offer bigger formatted boxes chock full of shareable charcuterie. Choose from one of its pre-curated selections—like its Banksy, brimming with aged cheddar, parmesan, brie, prosciutto, Genoa salami, Iberico chorizo, Mediterranean olives, roasted cashews and clover honey—or get creative with a custom combo of your choosing. Want the experts to pick? No problem; Kured will also have a “chef’s pairing” option, where you tell them what you’re drinking, and they’ll put together a box that’ll best complement whatever is in your cup.

Whether you grab a pre-curated selection of salumi, customize your own spread or have the experts at Kured build you a smorgasbord, you’ll be in for some next-level nibbles from Kured’s new nook at Time Out Market Boston.
