If you haven’t been to Time Out Market Boston yet—and if not, here are 15 reasons you should go—the afternoon of Friday, September 20th will be an awesome time to visit, as the final edition of Fenway Fridays comes to 401 Park. The bi-monthly series—which brings curated, unique-to-Boston experiences, collaborations and giveaways to the gorgeous, newly-open 401 Park green space—features a Fashion + Creation party from 4-7pm. Enjoy a custom flower installation from Orly Khon; the first-ever graffiti art "Battle of the Cans" from SelfMade; live performances from DJ L'Duke and Lord Felix; next-level popsicles from Wild Pops; and craft beer from Trillium Brewing Co. Best of all, a $1,000 Fenway shopping spree will be gifted to one lucky winner. Come out and start your weekend in style—we're talking about a seriously cool outdoor space where all of the Fenway comes to hang and chill.
Remember to take a break to check out 401 Park's large-scale outdoor installation “Grouping of Works from Fountain” by the contemporary artist Nicole Eisenman. The installation features several figures of bathers, situated in various positions around a shallow pool of water. You can even dunk your feet in the water or spray your face in one of the fountains—we won’t judge.
And remember, you’ll only be steps away from Boston’s buzziest place to eat and drink. Once the party ends, stick around for dinner; maybe you’ll want to go classy with fine dining fare from Tasting Counter, or maybe you’ll want to share some plates with a group.
