In 2025, Chefs on Fire switched things up: it moved from FIARTIL, grew significantly at Parque Marechal Carmona, and for the general public, the festival shrank from three days to two. That two-day format will stick for next year, though the location is still to be confirmed. With the fire pits still glowing, the organisers revealed this Sunday that the 2026 edition will take place on September 19 and 20.
You can already mark your calendars – and snap up early bird tickets. Daily passes are priced at €75, giving access to the festival grounds, the concerts, five food portions (140g each), and two drinks – cheaper than this year’s equivalent, which cost €85. Other ticket options – entry only, daily passes with seven dishes and four drinks, or full festival passes – aren’t available yet.
Among the chefs who lit up this year’s Chefs on Fire were Louise Bourrat, Francesco Ogliari, Mónica Gomes, Filipe Rodrigues, Nelson Soares, Nuno Castro, José Neves, Juliana Penteado, Carlos Teixeira, André Cruz, Noélia Jerónimo, Rui Paula, Diogo Formiga, Nuno Mendes, and António Galapito. As for 2026, we’ll have to wait and see who will take to the fire pits next.
