Scoring top marks for breaking the ice, couples who manage to prove they're on their first date will be treated to a free margarita at El Clandestino.

The Peruvian restaurant, El Clandestino, is rolling out an original offer for Valentine's Day. Instead of focusing on existing relationships, it's placing all bets on future duos by gifting a margarita to those who can prove they're on their first rendezvous on the 14th of February.
The celebration of love doesn't stop there: groups of mates gathering for a Valentine's Day dinner at El Clandestino will also score a complimentary margarita. This marks the second year the eatery has run special Valentine's promos, having handed out a pitcher of strawberry margarita to all couples in 2023. This year, whilst extending the celebration to various types of love, passionate couples haven't been forgotten and will enjoy a discount on the margarita pitcher.
This February 14th falls on a Wednesday. If your idea of romance includes a bit of a boogie, head over for Peruvian and Mexican dishes with an Asian twist over the weekend, when there's a DJ spinning tracks from 11:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
El Clandestino. Av. Costa Pinto 10. 96 527 7879. Mon-Thurs 6 PM-1 AM; Fri until 4 AM; Sat 12:30-3 PM and 7 PM-4 AM; Sun 12:30-3 PM and 6 PM-midnight.
