“Alien vs. Citizen”

Inspired by the United States' merit-based immigration policies (notably, the way citizenship can be awarded to "aliens of extraordinary ability"), this exhibition includes a collection of works that explore how individuals are valued in this country. Organized in sections that correspond to themes of citizenship, work and personal relationships, "Alien vs. Citizen" includes works by Kerry James Marshall, Robert Rauschenberg and Gillian Wearing.
